Amalgam fillings are replaced in our office according to the strict rules allowed by biological dentistry.
Amalgam fillings are extremely durable, however, the harm to health carries a greater risk than the benefit of durability. It is for this reason that detoxification after replacing the amalgam filling is also becoming more and more accepted and important.
POISONING OCCURS BY THE AMALGAM DENTAL FILLING IN YOUR TEETH!!!
There is a risk of allergies, asthma, migraines, joint ailments, gastric problems, headaches, fatigue or even multiple sclerosis with the use of incorrect dental fillings!
50% of the amalgam tooth filling is mercury, the rest is silver, tin, zinc, copper and other metals. However, mercury is highly toxic, in addition, the other metals listed can also be toxic in themselves. The absorbed mercury is stored throughout the body, not only in the kidneys, liver, brain, but also increased in the endocrine glands, bones,
Prolonged intake of mercury into the body in quantities of less than one thousandth milligram causes hidden poisoning, the first symptoms of which are only of a psychological and nervous nature (dizziness, headache, fatigue, lack of incentive to work, depression, memory disorders).
Only after this do physical symptoms follow: bleeding gums, inflammations in the oral cavity, diarrhoea, chronic catarrhs, etc. The harms are characteristically alternating and occur in varying degrees of strength.
A wide range of the population is most at risk of poisoning through the widely spread amalgam fillings. These dental fillings contain a significant amount of mercury, which is then released small quantities over time. Mercury is deposited in our organs, mainly in the liver, spleen and brain, but also in the skin, mucous membranes, and can exert its harmful effects over many decades. The body is able to excrete only a little via the kidneys.
Chronic mercury poisoning and its symptoms:
- Fatigue, irritability, sleep and heart rhythm disturbances.
- Weakening of the ability to concentrate and of memory, mild and chronic depression.
- Metallic taste in the mouth, aphthae in the mouth, gingivitis, bad breath.
- Joint and spinal pains, numbness, paralyses.
- Headache, migraine, nervousness, allergic phenomena on the face, hair loss.
- Dizziness, trembling hands, speech disorders, memory impairment. Skin diseases, asthma, anaemia, visual disorders.
- Allergies, apparent food sensitivities.
- Changes in the mucous membranes.
- Inflammations of the gastric mucosa, bowel disease and kidney disease, abdominal pain.
- General muscle weakness, muscle tremors, lack of energy, apathy, paralyses.
- Immunodeficiency, susceptibility to infections, bone marrow diseases.
- Childish shyness, stuttering, learning disorders, eye and ear complaints.
- Constipation, fungal infection in the colon, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease.
- Various types of neurological diseases.
- Uncontrollable emotional outbursts, a characteristic alternation of depression and anger outbursts.
- Multiple sclerosis, CFS, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, leukaemia, cancerous tumours, neurodermatitis, polyarthritis.
Symptoms of mercury poisoning from amalgam tooth fillings in the oral cavity (local symptoms):
- Changes in the teeth.
- Gingivitis and discoloration.
- Herpes, aphthae, mucosal ulcers.
- Inflammation of the mucous membrane of the tongue.
- Disorders in taste perception (mainly metallic taste).
- Increased saliva production.
How is the replacement of amalgam filling done?
Replacing the amalgam filling is relatively simple, but subject to strict rules. The difference from traditional dentistry is that all this is done in cofferdam (rubber sheet) isolation, with high power (exhaustor) suction, so that mercury is prevented from entering the oral cavity in any form (mercury vapour, mercury mud). In a simple case, a so-called “white filling” is placed in the tooth. If the filling is too large, the so-called inlay (insert) comes into play, which after digital imprinting is made in the dental laboratory and fixed in the tooth by cementing.
Intermittent amalgam tooth filling replacement means that replacing the amalgam filling at the same time or for a short period of time is prohibited. This is because chronic amalgam overload is a chronic intoxication condition, and drastic removal of the “toxin” can cause the same “withdrawal symptoms” as alcohol, nicotine, drug withdrawal in the quitting processes. The syndrome that develops is called toxic decompensation and may have symptoms such as nausea, indigestion, abdominal distension, nervousness, blotchy reddening of the skin, dizziness, fluctuations in blood pressure.
Therefore, it is recommended to replace 1-2 amalgam fillings every 2-3 weeks. Graduality and slow detoxification are therefore essential aspects.
